Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming retail manager interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

Yes.

A few tips.

1. Dress nicely.
2. Make a list of at least three questions that have for the company. Questions like what metrics used, main job requirements, health insurance, advancement and mainly the exact title you are applying for during the interview.
3. Make a interview worksheet. On the sheet list your jobs, the addresses, contact numbers, your positions, your pay and promotions, amount of people you managed, and any accomplishments. Also list detail reasons why you left each job and why you liked it.
4. Nothing negative!
