Finding a part-time to fit my part-time

I'm new to the workforce after 20 yrs of "stay-at-home" and volunteer but I've raised $100's of thousands for school and other groups and organizations thru my talents of organizing and "taking care of business" plus I've got 2 pretty great kids but now after hubby has lost 2 exec jobs in 2 yrs we've re-located and I'm trying to put the skills everyone has relied on in past to raise $ to raise some $ for me and my family.....I've done a few temp jobs over the yrs...caring for homes (1 family was German and out of the country for mons and I handled even $ transfers from savings to checking to pay bills),making Christmas orns for a well-known botanicals co,personal shopper,organizer (businesses moving into new spaces as well as private indiv)...I've got skills but cannot find anything...Know economy has some to do w/ but maybe I'm looking in the wrong places...have 5 hrs a day (while youngest is in school)to fill and make some $ for the family...Any help is appreciated...d
