A common question that is asked at every interview, is What would you say is your weakness. The perfect answer is simply. Let them know that you don't believe you have a weakness, then flip and use one of your strong points as a weakness. Like, I would have to say that one of my weakest points is that I work so hard that sometimes I lose track of time, or I always work until the jobs is done and won't quit or take a break until its complete.
