You really don't need any special education... You just need to be diligent...
DILIGENCE: Doing what needs to be done, When you need to do it, and Doing it Right.
This is all it really takes to be successful in retail... and in life. Find out how things need to be done and do them at the right times. Trust me, You will impress all of your superiors and you will be promoted in no time. Smile a lot too. This makes people feel positively towards you automatically :) and BE GENUINE!
