Sales or Management Position in the food
industry, applying my experience, skills, and talents
in this ever increasing industry.

Work Experience:
I graduated from high school in 1977 and started
working part time in Publix Supermarket in West Palm
Beach, Florida. I worked there for two years. I bagged
groceries, unloaded trucks, stored merchandise, and
stocked shelves in the store. 1977-1979. I worked at
Winn-Dixie for nine years, starting full time in the
stock department. I went through all the departments.
from produce manager, and stock manager, then to store
manager for five years. In this position I opened and
closed the store, and was in charge of the employees.
I made work schedules, ordered merchandise, and took
good care of my customers from 1979-1988. I left
Winn-Dixie for a sales position with Hy Grade Foods.

I became a salesperson for Hy Grade foods in Palm
Beach County Florida, working out of the Miami office.
I worked with store managers for product placement,
ordering stock and stocking shelves. I had good
management rapport in all my stores and I was top
salesperson many times. This was a good position and I
enjoyed my work very much for a number of years. I
eventually left to start my own business, Palm Beach
Power Wash. I had 3 employees and had service accounts
with housing associations, private home owners and
businesses, shopping centers and trucking companies.

I relocated back to Middle Tennessee in early
September of 2007. My family being from the Nashville
area. I was offered a position as Store Manager with
United Grocery Outlet in McMinnville, TN right away. I
joined on with the understanding that I would be
transferred as Manager to their new store in Franklin,
TN. Unfortunately the new store plans fell through and
they will not be opening one in the greater Nashville
area. My original plans to relocate to
