I have completed the certification education requirements( Real Estate Appreaisal 1 (90 hours)- 12/04 and the (15 hour) USPAP Course Exam- 11/04, in addition have passed the (WI Dept of Lic. & Reg. Real Estate Appraiser Exam- 1/06.) I have completed 2077 hours of experience,submitted to the state for completed licesure, and was denied. I am relocating to Scottsdale, AZ. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed in the industry with my 2+ years of Appraisal experience?
