What are the top 3 traits or skills every route delivery driver must have to excel?

Well, I can say that you will need to know the area you work in and the places you need to deliver to pretty precisely. That's the first thing. The second would probably be, to limit yourself to 5 minutes a stop and that's maximum. Then again, if you work on a flat rate then I guess it doesn't matter but for people like me that get paid by peice, the faster I get the earlier I get out and the more money I make. One last thing, remember to work smarter, not harder. Save your back. You don't want a hernia.......good luck!!!
