I had interviews and got form letters about a month after each one. Does it really matter if all you get is a form letter? They have no interest in calling you back. Rarely will someone within a company you DONT work for tell you good job or you need to work on this. You've gotta find that out on your own.

AMEN to that! Employeers want YOU to be professional meet their exact requirements be available 24/7 and drive 250 miles for an interview at my own expense. But the consideration of a phone call or even an impersonal mass email to let prospects know something seem to elude them. Guess in the era of 10.5% unemployment common courtsey is a thing of the past. Target recently ran me through 6 separate interview over 2 weeks to leave me hanging as to my status even after 2 weeks calling them and requesting my status 4 days in a row. In the end I don't really want to invest my time & career with such a company. Thanks for the Venting.
