SAP Project Manager
contract until September 2008

Responsible for the coordination and completion of SAP projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Looking for experience in: Project management, financial management, project planning, SAP R/3, SAP BW, SAP APO/SCM, MS Project

They need someone who:
-Is aggressive with timelines. This project needs to be complete in Aug 2008.
-Can manage legacy and SAP initiatives (not hands-on)
-Can handle cross-company and cross-business functions
-Can manage issue/conflict resolution within McNeil and with outside companies
-Can manage logical release within an SAP environment/palate-level
-Takes high-level design and looks for gaps
-Is a strong PM who can see and think beyond.
-Is a strong coordinator and facilitator
-Drives project to completion
-Can manage a high-visibility project
-Is not hands-on with SAP
-Has strong written and verbal
-Works with all levels of people and across companies
-Pushes for things to get done
-Can manage 2 large, complex projects
-Utilizes SAP, MS Project
-Determines timelines, resources
-Can deal with an outside logistics company who handles customer orders
