How did you get your start doing sql database administrator work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

We are looking for a SQL Database Administrator on Contract Basis :-

1) The person should have a good knowledge in SQL.He should have sufficient knowledge in the optimization techniques.
2) Should be an expert in Stored procedures, Views,Triggers etc.
3) Should have at least 3 years of experience in Database administration.

The person should be working from our office in Cochin, Kerala.
