Why we do what we do.....

I started in safety with no experience whatsoever 2 years ago. I interviewed for the job as a safety person/HR trainer and because of my people skills was the job winner....yes definately winner. I absolutely love what I do. It is a constant challenge and learning experience for me. I have been asked to speak at a safety professionals meeting locally and am looking for some inspiring thoughts from other safety managers/specialists/whatever you call yourself to help motivate and inspire my peer group. I am going to title it "Why we do what we do" and it will be a kick off for the beginning of 2011. If anyone has something they would allow me to use for my presentation I would appreciate the help.
