I almost always get a job offer if I get an interview, but apparently my resume does not stand out and I am looking for help. I am a CSP, I have OSHA 500, Osha 30 and in excess of twenty years experience. Can anyone suggest what I can do to enhance my resume. I have thought about enlisting a recruiter but I am not certain how to proceed
