Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field? What skills should you learn to increase your salary? |

My company, Malemark Greeting Cards, www.malemark.com offers a 20% commission on all sales with residual income from reorders and a reverse base that starts at 0 and goes to 50k annually based on performance. Commission maxes out in the high 6 figures. Skills, for my company include the ability to build your own book of clients, strong customer relations skills - keeping your book happy, computer skills, strong networking skills, etc. It really requires a strong self starter who can see potential clients in your geographic location and can then organize a plan of attack to meet with the decision maker, present the product, close the sale, and consistently present new products as they are created. |
