What are sales associates in upscale clothing stores paid -- The Woodlands Mall and The Galleria in Houston?

I am a marketing research consultant and I have a client interested in opening a new upscale clothing store in either the Woodlands Mall or The Galleria. Do you know what a sales associate can expect to be paid per hour in a store of this type? Is it purely an hourly wage or an hourly wage with commission?
