What are the top 3 traits or skills every sales executive must have to excel? Can you suggest any tips or insights to develop your sales executive expertise? |

Sales skills not really management traits. Ability to ask the right questions.

I am looking for some basic info on working for Marriott Vacation Club. What is the base pay? What range can a good sales person expect to make in the first year (base + bonus, etc.)?

I have been in consultant sales or 20 plus years (travel, mortgage, insurance) but do not have a Florida Real Estate license at tyhe moment...what are the chances of Marriott hiring me? And, if they do, does anybody out there know what it is like working for them? |

I have always felt after connecting; asking great questions, listen, develop / quantify customer needs In face to face selling they are; focus on the customer, earn the right to advance and persuade through involvement Several good sales processes are Miller Heiman's Conceptual Selling and Neil Rackman's Spin Selling. |
