1.0 The ability to recognize when situations require different management/leadership styles. In order to foster an environment that attracts, develops and retains individuals that can become elite high performers and consistently produces high impact business results.

2.0 The ability to focus on the critical few and make strategic choices. To many managers wing it or confuse their to-do list with priorities as a result they lose focus.

3.0 Have a congruent management approach and communication style that instills and reinforces an expectation of high achievement.
