We currently seek software sales reps that have software sales channels to market our Software-as-a-Service products. Sales reps may have exclusive rights over territories and must have own customer prospects and sales channels.
Markets include construction, IT, law, engineering, professional services, accounting, insurance, banking. Construction Software, Project Management Software, and Contract Management. Our products are in the Software-as-a-Service market which will rise to $50 billion in sales by 2010.

The lines that we sell are the same base product we customize to specific target markets. The product is web based and may be hosted by us or the customer.

Small businesses may use the software and not maintain a data center and large companies may use the software who have their own data center.

Product includes task assignments, budget approvals, cost control, and insurance and contract tracking. The product organizes activity and documents online.

Implementation requires tailored solutions resulting in business consulting. This increases rep opportunity for income, should the rep desire to work the implementation process. The position is fun if the rep enjoys solving business related challenges using software.

We offer higher than average commission and give the rep the freedom to pursue prospects using their own strengths and preferred methods. The level of independence we offer our reps we balance with support with knowledge and product documentation. Additionally, if a large buyer desires a new feature or module, we finance the development to add to the system to win new accounts.

This is an initial inquiry concerning your software service sales opportunity. We would like to explore whether your product would be an appropriate fit for the consulting practice we operate in a number of states and in a wide range of industries.

I may be contacted via cell ph: 301.861.9559 as my travel schedule doesn't allow me very much office time. Thank you for your follow-up.

We just deployed deployed Tracker for the City of Victorville for
contract management and insurance management. Project managers, risk
managers, and contract administrators may now track contract and insurance
certificates, insurance expirations, and insurance renewals in a shared,
online system. This Tracker implementation for contract CRM and insurance
CRM accommodates highly flexible interaction for online access to complex,
multi-tiered contract agreements such as prime contracts connected to
multiple sub contract agreements. This is one of the many facets of this software. Given our reasonable price point, ease of setup, and use, there are many untapped resources out there, both in the public, private, and non-profit sectors that need tools that give greater flexibility and online access to files and data.

Additionally, we have rolled out a new data management service that supplies businesses with the neccessary labor for entering and managing records when the customer does not have such staff on hand or available. Our process basically automates document processing and cost/budget history tracking so that the customer may run their own reports or request reports on demand.

We have now implemented contract and insurance document Reminder Notifications in the A1 Tracker to ensure that customers can take full advantage of their data. This new roll out allows customers to set customized email reminder settings ensuring that the insurance and contract documents are processed prior to their expiration date or termination date. Users of the system may set these reminders to help reduce the time they spend running reports searching for contracts that need attention. This is another example of how customers may leverage A1 Tracker to increase productivity and work flow for an organization. Our goal is to free up time for redundant processes so that more urgent priorities may be addressed. These reminders may be set for any type of contract management need, ranging from Information Technology contracts, to Human Resources employee contracts, Work Agreement Contracts, Insurance Policy renewals are a few examples of how a company can better maintain contract documents, contract reminders ,and contract expiration dates.
