No one has the right to offend or abuse whether inside or outside of the work-place.I fill any problems such as disrespect, should be reported.

I have worked as a Hostess for 2 years at MGM Grand Casino 1999/2002. There were times when customers were unpleasant but we were advised not to react with the customer but to seek management.
