I would like to switch fields, but remain as a secretary. Legal field is my target. Litigation paralegal will be fantastic, but I have to be experienced four years. Seeking a law firm or agencie whereas I can continue my skills and learn new talent. I love watching Judge Judy, Law & Order and CNN. This made me curious how to research, cross-examine and resolve disputes. Any advice will be appreciated.
