Cisco Security - ASA, Wireless and CCNA
CISSP
ISCP
CompTIA Security+
Any marketable Pen testing cert such as from Black Hat training.
Must be able to read, understand, interpret and monitor firewall logs
Learn some kind IDS/IPS installation and management
