I get my guard card after receiving guard card class at Precision Security training. The instructor, Dean, was very helpful and knowledgeable. His class was fun, not as boring as I thought it would be. Their class fee was affordable and it is totally worthy it. There is more information on their website that I find it helpful as well. precisionsecuritytraining.com/easy_steps_to_getting_your_guard_card |

Security is a very crappy job they don't pay much long hours they screw up your pay check often treat you like crap try to get rid of you if they don't like you, you may have to stand 8hours, risks, problems, stress, you never have a chance for promotion. Sometimes no raises. You work with idiots crazy people liars people try to get you in trouble and maybe a couple cool people. Might have to stay outside all night or sit for 8 to 12 hours without sleeping, uniform troubles. Go to work and there is usually someone trying to screw you I'm talking about people the work in your company you work with. No team work High turn over rate. Often times there are people that have more experience then the person in charge. Working for someone that don't know what they are doing bothers me. troubles. Maybe taken to court. Possibly sued. Could get into a fiscal altercation. Probably work with low life's. Could loose a contract and loose your job. Could loose your life. This is some of he crap iv seen I'm my experience as a SO maybe there are some better security jobs out there but I haven't seen any yet and I'm still looking. I was lucky my super visor really liked me and for the most part I delt with issues well

Go to google maps and search armed security training. Find security grainy near your house and look for lower prices. I suggest getting all 7 calibers on your exposed carry permit pay the extra money for that. Take all the training then follow up with them until you get the cards in the mail. You can check when your cleared from the bsis at www.bsis.ca.gov/online_services/verify_license.shtml Get info here
Good luck |
