At these sites when guards ask to see them. northrop grumman security coordinators. tells them they will never see reports on guards. And if asked again they will get fired/ and pinkerton security home office in virginia/ tells guards they know about this to but then they tell guards to keep thier mout shut or they could loose security contracts. i hear from guards that are going to start contacting law firms this week in richmond va. - Was this comment helpful? dave in Wise, Virginia 37 months ago	IM just finishing college this year/ Have 5 friends that work at northrop grumman in lebanon va/ From what i hear about northrop grumman/ From these guys that some national telivised news shows and some newspapers in chester va and richmond va/ Area have contacted guards at both sites over last few months to ask questions about false reports on pinkerton guards/ And now my friends are starting to wondering and ask questions to thier bosses about reports maybe made up on regurlar workers/ thier boss asked northrop grumman security coordinator about this/ The security coordinator had one of pinkerton security officers cornner my friends and tell them to ask no moore questions about this subject. Pinkerton might be owned by securitias/ But its well known by all the other security companies in virginia/ When northrop grumman tells pinkerton to be quite they say ok/ When they tell them to squat and take a pee they do it. Pinkerton just doesnt have any backbone when it comes to northrop grumman. Tammy in Roanoke, Virginia 36 months ago	My husband travels and does work for wackenhut security in southwest va/ About a year ago northrop grumman contacted wackenhut/ u.s. security associates/ guardsmark over putting a bid on thier IT centers/ All these security companies told them to forget it// They didnt want nothing to do with that mess that was going on in chester va and lebanon va// The other reps for the other security companies my husband talks to while traveling for wackenhut/ Says pinkerton goverment security could be in real trouble if some of things thier hearing from certain groups that watch security companies in va is true// - Was this comment helpful? tim in newport news in Newport News, Virginia 26 months ago	here i sit in front of my pc looking for a job in security i have done all kinds of training got my hard card and my frieams training right here in newport news va last june 2009 i have put in apps with every security company in va and it seems like every one needed help until i started looking i was calling before i went yes we are hiring go there do all the paper work and then all i here is we just 15 pepole and your next in line well that was a year ago what is going with security companies in va is our security really that bad that over loook the ones who have the training and go to the ones the need training. - Was this comment helpful? I've worked as a guard @ several manufacturing facilities in other states. Where do some of you work in Virginia? I tried applying to all the private firms but haven't got much of a response so now I'm looking to contact the companies directly. Does anyone know any companies that are hiring in VA? To straighten their act up over this northrop grumman mess thats been going on in chester va and lebanon va. Over some reports over former guards that was made up.
