Confused??? in Stafford, Virginia

Does anyone out there know what a Washington DC "Special Police Officer" certification card looks like? I see the qualification listed for jobs in DC, but can't find any info on them. I had an old friend that got one a couple of years back but found out later that it was a fake!! I just want to know what a real one looks like if one is ever shown to me.

While we're at it, a picture of a Maryland "Guard Card" wouldn't hurt also. If anyone can provide images of these for me respond to this forum and I will shoot you my email address.
