Both security jobs I worked picked me without even doing a application or interview, if you pass the drug test you're pretty much in.

First of all know which firm wants to recruit you. Is it an agency, government, international organization, International NGO etc.
There is no standard question.
But know the subject of your field well, such as response to crisis, decision making,protection issues.

kyle you must work at cdh. Yes if you passed the drug test you are pretty close to being in. Just in case have a clean record.
