costomer satisfaction!!! If its not fixed dont ship it! If you dont know ask. Use any information you can find Believe me the information is there dont stop looking until you find it. Its ready when you confirm the repair. Main thing is any and all info you can get your hands on all the time. Dont ever think you know everything. That dogs got big teeth!
