Keep trying, they come and go, they can be hiring today then it wil be filled next week and the they will hire more if some of the applicants don't meet the requirements or they don't want it anymore and quit just keep checking aviationemployment.com, JSfirm or indeed etc. Check their website from time to time www.planetechs.com or some other companies, there's plenty out there.
