THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF ANY SALE OR PERSONAL CONTACT WITH THE CONSUMER IS TO MAKE THEM FEEL HAPPY, AND GIVE THEM ALL THE RESPECT POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE CLOSING A DEAL.
