Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming six sigma black belt interview?

Its important to go thru your basic concepts of statistics, DMAIC, LEAN and other concepts relevant to the role of a black belt. Expect questions on X's and Y's, Zvalue, P Value, Hypothesis testing, QFD, FMEA and other relevant stuff.

Go thru your projects and the BOK.
