What is the best training for becoming a hirable social services case manager? What types of ongoing training or certifications are necessary to be an effective social services case manager?

What do non-traditional career paths look like?

ethic training is very important as a social worker. We must remember that or clients or people that make mistake as we do. We must learn to value people's opinion; learn their customs; and respect the right to self-determination.

You are looking at completing graduate level classes. There are two paths to professional case work - social work or counseling

Some areas of the United States prefer social workers, other areas counselors.

Check into state professional regulation requirements, National Social Workers Association, American Counseling Association, and your local higher education institutions.
