I wonder why when I work for staffing agencies some of my cases are patients from various hospitals, but when applying directly to the hospital. they require a Masters Degree for social work positions. Why is it so hard to get good positions with the Bachelors Degree
When they do hire you they are always offering work in mental health or "Counseling" positions consisting of non professional tasks.
