I've worked for the Department of Social Services for 7 years in California and 18 years in Washington State. I started as an eligibility worker and promoted up to administrator in the Office of Quality Assurance; HQ. I just moved from Olympia, WA to Bowling Green, KY and am having fits with my job search. I know from experience that these positions aren't posted in the news paper but I can't find them on the state website either. Employment Security looked at me like I was crazy when I told them what I do. I'm open to suggestions.
