Hello!
If you're talking about admission for the school, I'd suggest you to learn about the requirements at the school you're applying to.
For example, at University of South Carolina the requirements are next:
1. Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.50
2. All incomplete grades posted on the transcript must be removed before progression into the upper division
3. Students must earn a minimum grade of C in all required English courses
You will also need:
Academic transcripts - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transcript_(education)
The personal statement - www.socialworkpersonalstatement.net/best-social-work-personal-statement-examples/
Letters of recommendation
Volunteer/service experiences or organizational memberships

Hope you will find this helpful!

And if you're asking about High School courses to take to become a social worker (resource: work.chron.com/high-school-courses-become-social-worker-15612.html): Math and Science, Psychology, Language.
