Difference in degrees and looking for a school

I'm looking to go to school online and having some trouble finding a school that will offer what I'm looking for. I'm active duty Air Force and looking to start taking some classes towards a degree. I also was wondering is it better to be BA Computer Science or BA Software engineering and is a title like "Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - Specialization in Software Systems Engineering" the same as those? Help me out if you have any knowledge for me. Thanks!
