Hello! I'm a student who is doing a project for my recruiting class and just need to know what propmts engineers to take certain jobs over others. For example, do you only base job acceptance offers based on pay, what projects you will be working, company reputation, a combination of factors? Any responses would be great and all will be used as data to see what the most people prefer in accepting an offer. Thanks for your time!
