I'm looking for a rough estimate on some software development.

The program we use is called PowerTerm. This is where we input journal ticket, credit, invoice, accounts receivable, etc, information that ends up being printed and filed physically. The actual print out looks different than what is shown on the computer. I'm looking for a program that instead of printing the document, the document gets saved to my hard drive (and/or external hard drive for that matter) in a format that I can search for a dollar amount, account title, ticket number within the folder that the documents get saved to.
