What internship to look for if you're interested in software processes?

Hi all,

I've been looking for software engineering internships for quite a while now, but almost all the internships, even though titled "Software Engineering", are actually programming and coding internships. I'm a quite decent programmer, but my passion is in software processes, studying different processes and analyzing and improving them. Does anyone in this forum have any idea what type of internship I should look for that is more related to software processes and less to coding?
