Questions for special education teacher, paraprofessional, or administrator

My name is Shun and I am currently a student at the University of Phoenix. I am taking a class called Surveys of Special Populations. Right now I have an assignment due that consist of me interviewing a special education teacher, administrator, or paraprofessional regarding their collaborative relationships with outside support services such as county and private agencies, non-profit organizations, etc. Therefore I would love to have someone answer the following questions :

1. Do you, the school,or district in which you work for, collaborate with outside support services such as county and private agencies, non-profit organizations in regards to appropriate special educatonal services for your students?

2. What are the names of those outside services?

3. What exact services do they provide?

4. If your school does not collaborate with outside services, how do you go by providing appropriate educational services for these students?

I greatly appreciate your time and effort to answering these questions so that I can complete my interview paper. Thanks so much!
