I am a NON certified teacher with five years experience, half of that in special ed. I have a Bachelors, and also went through a Teacher Prep Program. I am taking the MTELS and getting certified, also soon to get into a grad program for Sped. How much can I expect to make in my first year as an Elem level Sped teacher with this experience and pending certification? Thanks
