Interested in doing something else as an SLP besides therapy. Considering a career change.

It is very difficult to make a switch into another field without training. There are director of rehab jobs but they all require at least one year of experience and they all tend to want to hire OTs/PTs. You can try telepractice/accent reduction/corporate speech therapy training (most of these options are part-time btw) as a final step before doing something else. If you enjoy paperwork, perhaps you can research careers in the following fields: Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources or Health Insurance Credentialing, Coding/Billing. Good luck.
