Post-Baccalaureate Programs: Are they all the same?

I have a B.A. in Spanish and a B.A. in Sociology. I am looking into post baccalaureate programs before applying to Masters programs, but they all have differing courses (or at least, differing course names).

It's hurting my head! Are they all the same with different names, or are they all different? I don't want to do a post baccalaureate program at one university only to be denied by another university for not having the correct prerequisites. Please help!
