I am getting my LLC in NJ and will be an independent contractor for schools. Can anyone help with a contract for the schools?? Not sure what should be included...if anyone has a sample, that would be great. Also need some advice on rates?? Daily or hourly??

Hourly rates for sure, there are some sample contracts you can find by googling. NJ is a high cost of living state, so I think you're looking at 70 - 80 per hour. Of course, you're also going to have to pay state taxes, self employment tax, health care, etc so it's not as ideal as it might seem. Still, it's a good start. You may also be better off as a sole proprietor for tax reasons rather than an LLC (unless you have employees). Any other questions, just ask!
