Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming staffing coordinator interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

Some common Interview Questions could be:

1) Explain a situation that you had to deal with when scheduling

2) What would you do if a schedule starts to fall apart

3) What are some of the mistakes that you have made while scheduling if any (never say you've never made a mistake because then you're lying :)

4) How many recruiters have you supported

They will also gauge your personality and see if you will be compatible with everyone else on the team.

These people are the pros, they know what signs to look for if you're lying, if you're not confident, if you're comfortable or whatever, so do your best, be who you are, be optimistic, friendly, open, outgoing and motivated.

Be prepared for every question, like; What motivates you? Who is your mentor? What would you say is your greatest accomplishment, what is your weakness?

They want an aggressive, detailed motivated go getter on their team. Are you?

I love being a Staffing Coordinator!

Good Luck!
