What are the top 3 traits or skills every staffing coordinator must have to excel? Can you suggest any tips or insights to develop your staffing coordinator expertise? |

Be aggressive; Stay on that job order, call back, confirm, ask questions. GET moving; constantly. Email resumes to companies, go on job sites, go on online job sites to see who's hiring, stay with current companies in your databases with weekly calls, emails and faxes. Recruit recruit recruit!!! Job fairs are excellent, they are also good for marketing; other firms and businesses are there to find workers too, sell them your business! Take advantage of free online ad posting; Kijiji.com, craigslist.com, etc... Yes, as the previous person mentioned ORGANIZATION, very important! Kind, patient, understanding and an eye with OCD will get you far. Keep notes on EVERYTHING, every step you took, every step you need to take. I lOVE being a Staffing Coordinator!
