A Staffing Coordinator job would be a stepping stone for those who want's to become a recruiter. Unfortunately, most employers hire them as contractors and keep coordinators for only 1 year. There are a few companies that will hire coordinators full time after thie 1 year of contracting and you can always move up within the company.
