I am the owner of Blush Hair Salon in Philadelphia. I have had this salon for a lil over a year and have been looking for stylists with atleast a small following but having a hard time finding people and people who are responsible. Any suggestions to where I can find stylist looking for work? I can use any help I can get thanks!
