My kids attend middle school and elementary scholl in the Overland Park area. Naturally, I'd like to stay close or even at one of their schools. (John Deimer - Indian Woods)

I have BS/sociology minor degrees from Baylor University. I taught for 7 years in Texas. (K-8th) Also, I have an Associate Arts degree from Daytona Beach Community College.

I am flexible on grade levels 1st to 6th grade.

I really don't know what the purpose of your blog. I'm assuming you are attempting to apply for a job. Go to the website for your school district. (type in Overland Park, Kansas school district) Then go to the area for employment. Check on the requirements to be a substitute teacher. You need to apply with the school district.
