Earning your employees respect,training/cross training of employees.
Being a present in the work environment.
Interpersonal Skills and being timely with reports to your superior.

Alfred: I agree with you. While time management and setting priorities is important, interpersonal skill and creating a pleasant place to work is more important. jp
