What do you charge for non-reimbursable cases or after hour cases?

I was told 150.00 is a good amount, any Assistants employed by a group or hospital out there that get a bonus for call or after hour cases? please give me some ideas on amount. Im asking for 125.00 per case after 3:30 pm and weekends.
