I'm am a fledgling systems admin who has been working for a little over a month now. I've been assigned to learn BMC Patrol (which I think they now call BMC Performance Manager?).

What are your thoughts about this tool?

What resources would you recommend for learning this tool?

Any other thoughts/advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
