We provide a voice automated collection system for hospitals. The software calls the debtor and prompts them to asnwer questions about the debt owed in a very soft and user friendly manner. If the debtor wants to make a payment, they are connected to a live person immediately. Its very affordable. We would like phone appts with the person that handles collections in the A/R department of the hospital.
